Campaign Finance Disclosure

Citizens for Van Buren is a candidate committee registered with the Licking County Board of Elections under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3517. Campaign finance reports are filed with the Licking County Board of Elections and are available for public inspection as required by Ohio law.

Donation Terms

Contributions are not tax-deductible. Political contributions are not deductible as charitable donations for federal or Ohio income tax purposes.

By donating, you confirm that:

  • You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident alien.
  • The contribution is made from your own personal funds, not from the funds of another person or entity.
  • You are not a foreign national prohibited from making contributions in connection with a U.S. election.
  • The contribution is not made from a corporation, labor organization, national bank, or other entity that is prohibited from contributing under Ohio or federal law.

Donations are processed via PayPal. By completing a donation you also agree to PayPal's terms of service. Citizens for Van Buren does not store your payment information.

Refunds: Contribution refund requests may be submitted by contacting the campaign at the address or phone number listed below. Refunds are issued at the campaign's discretion and subject to applicable Ohio campaign finance law.
